URANIUM ONE/ROSATOM & EXPORT-ABILITY TO UKRAINE/RUSSIA

Below is evidence presented on Uranium One / Rosatom and its exporter RSB and how the Uranium from US was sent to Canada, then to Ukraine, and finally on to Russia.  Also shared is a thread on how Podestas and Manafort are linked into the Clinton-Russian Uranium Collusion.

Firm Co-Founded By Hillary’s Campaign Chair Lobbies For Russia’s Uranium One

 ***********************************************************************************
I’m going to reveal something unreported about the Uranium One investigation. Two days ago, Newsweek released an article claiming that the Uranium One Clinton “conspiracy theory” did not make any sense. One of their mitigating factors is “UO has no export license”.
Embedded
Multiple news agencies have also reported this “fact” including CNN, MSNBC, Snopes. It is true that at the time of the transaction approval by the CFIUS committee, Uranium One had no export license. This letter dated November 24, 2010 from @NRCgov confirms.
Embedded
Back up to the Newsweek article for reference. Russian owned Rosatom was allowed to take control of the UraniumOne plants in Utah and Wyoming.

When I went over the licenses from NRC.gov, I noticed one important factor: It was not the individual Uranium mines that obtain export licenses. Generally, this is handled by a logistics company. On March 16, 2012 a company by the name of RBS Logistics was approved for a Uranium export license for 12,000,000 kilograms of Uranium to Cananda and “other non-US consignees not listed with prior approval”.

Embedded
This Uranium export license contained an amendment to include “Other Parties to Export”. Guess who they added? UraniumOne, USA, Inc.
Embedded
So when the above mentioned “news” agencies say that UraniumOne has no export license, they are technically correct. Uranium One does not need a license to export, their Logistics company does. And their logistics company RBS Logistics is approved to export Uranium.
Embedded
On 2/3/2015 @NRCgov approved an export license for 15 million kgU of Uranium Hexafluoride to Russia. RSB Logistics is amended as “Other Parties to Export”

In 2010, UraniumOne began lobbying efforts. In 2012, they began paying tens of thousands of $$$$ to the lobbying firm Podesta Group, owned by Hillary Clinton’s former campaign chairman, John Podesta. Podesta Group has strong ties to Obama and the Democratic party.

Bill Clinton had been helping a Frank Giustriato buy other uranium assets around the world. In 2005 in Khazakstan, to be precise.

How am I sure? The Podesta Group has repeatedly and willfully negated to disclose/file their lobbying efforts on behalf of foreign governments including: •Saudis •Ukraine •Iran •Afghanistan + more But most importantly, RUSSIA. Only after exposure, disclosures were filed.
α Leonis @Cynecin
They transfer the Uranium to Canada via RSB Logistic Service (Main Logistics company for Nuclear material in Europe). Then off to Europe. The above mentioned export license is for ConverDyn to Russia. ConverDyn is a uranium enrichment facility. Does UraniumOne export to Russia directly? No, that would be stupid. They have ConverDyn enrich it first. Attached: Proof UO works with CD and graphic of Fuel Cycle

α Leonis @Cynecin
It is tracked. It first goes to ConverDyn for conversion and enrichment. ConverDyn was approved to export to Russia
TruthInGovernment @TruthinGov2016

Great digging by @Cynecin: Uranium One didn’t have an Obama admin export license BUT their broker RBS did. ~14,000 tons of US uranium GONE

α Leonis @Cynecin
UraniumOne was a Canadian owned company. The sale transaction required approval by The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) where Clinton (or her representative) would have been serving on the board. They also cited that UO had “no export license”. UO2 and UO3 are starting and intermediate molecules when converting to UF6. UO2 and UO3 may have individual uses for different types of reactors. UF6 is what gets converted to U235 aka weapons grade Uranium.

MSM covered up Obama’s actual transfer of aprox 17,000 TONS of converted US Uranium One uranium ore to state processor in Moscow RUSSIA
α Leonis @Cynecin
FYI: Stages of the Nuclear Fuel Cycle from @NRCgov The Uranium leaves the US UraniumOne mine as “yellowcake”. It is converted to “Hex” (UF6) in Canada. Hex is the base material needed to produce nuclear fuel and nuclear weapons. nrc.gov/materials/fuel…

If anyone is bored… Here is the Google search I ran for UraniumOne export license documents. goo.gl/qNZojs I get 136 results.  [site:nrc.gov filetype:pdf +”uranium one” export license] Clarification on my UraniumOne research. (THREAD) 1) Uranium One is named as a licensed supplier on an NRC export license for RSB Logistic Service which may be used to transport material to Cananda and other foreign countries. 2) Material from UraniumOne is transferred to the ConverDyn facility to be converted to Uranium hexafluoride. Uranium hexafluoride (UF6) is a compound used in the uranium enrichment process that produces fuel for nuclear reactors and nuclear weapons. 3) ConverDyn holds an NRC license to export 15 million kgU of Uranium hexafluoride to RUSSIA. Uranium from UraniumOne is being sent to Cananda, enriched to UF6 and then sent to Moscow. Uranium Hexafluroide (UF6) is tightly controlled both nationally and internationally. Would a country… Go to great lengths to smuggle it? Break the law for it? Bribe for it? Collude for it? Steal for it? Kill for it? Yes, to all of these questions. 100% without a doubt.

Reminder: All of the news agencies claiming that UraniumOne cannot export are full of shit. They are Fake news better known as propaganda. That means you, Newsweeks, CNN, WashingtonPost, MSNBC, IRdotnet, Politifact, Snopes. Stop covering up for Clinton.

YIKES!!! NRC Reported Events for the UraniumOne Willow Creek, WY mine. DOZENS of SPILLS, one left unnoticed for NINE DAYS. Almost all events occurred after Rosatom acquisition.
Embedded
α Leonis @Cynecin
A letter from the executive director of @NRCgov plainly states: “US Dept of Energy granted approval for some US UraniumOne uranium re-transfers from the Canadian conversion facility to European enrichment plants.” But I thought the news said they couldn’t export? ?
Embedded
α Leonis @Cynecin
From 1996 until 2011, there were only 7 spill events. Most of the violations were “Monitor well placed on excursion status”. After the Rosatom acquisition of UraniumOne, there were 27 spill events. Before Rosatom: 0.46 spills per year After Rosatom: 4.5 spills per year

Document on the ConverDyn website shows Cameco Blind River facility processes U-235 yellowcake 1% into Uranium Trioxide (U3O8). ConverDyn facility converts U3O8 into Uranium Hexafluoride (U6) 4%. U6 “hex” can then be converted to LEU (<20% reactors) or HEU (>20% weapons).

(1) The Manafort indictment refers to Company A and Company B.
(2) Paragraphs 20 to 26.
(3) Company A and Company B are accused of shielding Manafort’s lobbying and attempts to influence President Obama in 2012.
(4) Manafort is accused of being an unregistered agent for foreign lobbying.

(12) The Podesta Group concealed its lobbying efforts on behalf of the Ukraine.

Podesta lobby group did not disclose extent of work for Ukrainian campaign advised by Paul Manafort

(13) So it’s almost certain that the Podesta Group contains Company A and Company B.

(14) Tony Podesta’s resignation would seem to confirm that. AND he was lobbying Democrats and the President Obama.

(15) This may be the beginning of multiple charges filed against…Democrats.

(16) ADDENDUM: And there we go.

It seems like small potatoes until I read the part about Podesta group being paid $2 mil by Manafort through HIS off-shore account.

You know what’s annoying? Every time Tony is mentioned, it’s as the bro of John, HRC campaign mgr instead of Barack Obama’s Chief of Staff
