Brendan Blum, Sergey Blashchishen, Matthew Meyer and Lindsey Poteet. Aspen Education already faced a wrongful death lawsuit over Meyer when Bain and CRC Health Group bought the company in 2006. Six deaths since the takeover, including Blum, Blashchishen and Poteet, have generated either lawsuits or complaints of neglect.

Mitt Romney is going to try to run for Sen Hatch seat. Mitt, remember Lichfield and WWASP? “The suit alleges that teens were locked in outdoor dog cages, exercised to exhaustion, deprived of food and sleep, exposed to extreme temperatures without adequate clothing or water, severely beaten, emotionally brutalized, and sexually abused and humiliated. Some were even made to eat their own vomit.”

…humiliating questions, strip-searched, and held against his will for months until he managed to escape. He won $220,000 in a lawsuit he filed against the program for false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, assault, and battery.”

The Romney campaign is aware of the WWASP suits, and should be familiar with the Straight suits. If not, it’s worth asking: Does Romney support these types of tactics for at-risk youth?”

“….abuse and neglect of teenagers and adult patients — some leading to death — at drug-treatment centers owned by CRC Health, which is in turn owned by Bain Capital, the private equity firm formerly managed by presidential candidate Mitt Romney.”

“In shorter terms, Mitt Romney & Bain Capital owned a facility that tortured, molested, and even killed children.”
We do NOT need ANYMORE corruption and abuse towards children in government EVER AGAIN! Move along Mitt.

Filings with the Securities

Filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission reveal that methadone maintenance has for many years been a very central mainstay of CRC’s operations, although it may be less so in 2012. But make no mistake, methadone may be an attractive business for today’s highly leveraged finance players because methadone might well be far more profitable than anything! And opiate addicts have proven time and time again that they are willing to go without electricity, food, shelter or anything else to get the opiates they need. Methadone clinics are nothing more than legal peddlers of a very destructive drug. They have no interest in helping addicts get clean. Indeed, their interest is in keeping addicts strung out for life. Methadone is an ugly business, often rife with fraud and many are regularly fined, largely from a common scam where Medicaid and Medicare are billed for counseling services never delivered, with the clinics acting simply as legalized dispensers of an extremely dangerous drug. It is a drug actually more destructive and more addictive than heroin, and much harder to kick. Methadone clinics have no interest in helping addicts get clean. They’re interested building a large, steady customer base. In recent years, the opiate division has been referred to as part of CRC’s “outpatient” treatment. But in California, The Dept of Alcohol and Drug Programs has yet to investigate the deaths of nearly 200 patients at CRC’s 12 “outpatient” methadone clinics. [crooks and liars comment section}
