Imagine that you are not a politician and you are running for the presidency.

Donald Trump announces his candidacy for President of the United States

Imagine that despite your always knowing the DC swamp was deep (dangerous and full of terrors), corrupt, and generally horrible, you just decided to do it anyway. Imagine you have spent years thinking about it; thinking about every angle within it; thinking and talking to people who know it; and ultimately you decided to do it. Imagine that even though you knew it was bad, it wasn’t until you actually began running that you discovered the depth of the corrupt nature with it. You see things in the campaign you never expected.

3/2016 – At Secretive Meeting, Tech CEOs And Top Republicans Commiserate, Plot To Stop Trump

Karl Rove shared focus group findings that give hope to the GOP establishment.

Billionaires, tech CEOs and top members of the Republican establishment flew to a private island resort off the coast of Georgia this weekend for the American Enterprise Institute’s annual World Forum, according to sources familiar with the secretive gathering.

Sea Island, Georgia, hosted a gaggle of Republican leaders and tech CEOs for the American Enterprise Institute’s annual World Forum.

The main topic at the closed-to-the-press confab? How to stop Republican front-runner Donald Trump. (The meeting was not planned to be a strategy session on how to stop the GOP front-runner, but rather evolved into one, as a subsequently obtained agenda makes clear.)

Apple CEO Tim Cook, Google co-founder Larry Page, Napster creator and Facebook investor Sean Parker, and Tesla Motors and SpaceX honcho Elon Musk all attended. So did Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), political guru Karl Rove, House Speaker Paul Ryan, GOP Sens. Tom Cotton (Ark.), Cory Gardner (Colo.), Tim Scott (S.C.), Rob Portman (Ohio) and Ben Sasse (Neb.), who recently made news by saying he “cannot support Donald Trump.”

Along with Ryan, the House was represented by Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Fred Upton (Mich.), Rep. Kevin Brady (Texas) and almost-Speaker Kevin McCarthy (Calif.), sources said, along with leadership figure Cathy McMorris Rodgers (Wash.), Budget Committee Chairman Tom Price (R-Ga.), Financial Services Committee Chairman Jeb Hensarling (Texas) and Diane Black (Tenn.).

Philip Anschutz, the billionaire GOP donor whose company owns a stake in Sea Island, was also there, along with Democratic Rep. John Delaney, who represents Maryland. Arthur Sulzberger, the publisher of The New York Times, was there, too, a Times spokeswoman confirmed. [1]

One of the most alarming aspects of the *new knowledge* is discovering that the top-tier of the national intelligence apparatus has a political agenda you never thought about before.

Clapper, Comey and Brennen

Imagine yourself, a business person, coming to the realization that the intelligence apparatus could, indeed was, weaponized against you. You fall back on your past experience with hostile organizations as a reference point for having to contemplate that parts of the United States Government institutions would likely begin to conspire against you. You imagine yourself having to deal with a weaponized intelligence community. Then, as time progresses, you begin to see those concerns are not imaginings – but they actually begin to surface. Who can anyone turn to when the very institutions created to preserve liberty are intentionally utilized to eliminate the most basic of liberties: the right to choose our own government. Imagine you are a candidate for the office of the presidency and you have to think about these people as political enemies.

President Obama’s Hold-over resistance

As troubling as it is to accept, you have to face the reality of a weaponized intelligence community aligned against you; and a professional political class who will deny it exists. Imagine, as time goes on, you realize this weaponized system is not going to go away. You begin to think about how to work around it, from your only reference points in dealing with hostile institutions. Approaches you know from business experience. Imagine yourself having to deal with this issue. You are running for the Presidency, yet you have to accept a complete and incomprehensible inability to trust the U.S. intelligence community. You realize that, absent of your ability to coax individuals to change behavior inside the organization, it may be entirely necessary to build a parallel system that you can trust. Along the way, a key player within the system, who is not OK with what’s going on, comes to you and confirms your worst suspicions. The apparatus of the IC is weaponized against you; and it’s worse than you thought.

Clapper, Comey, Rogers, and Brennen

Pentagon and intelligence community chiefs have urged Obama to remove the head of the NSA

The heads of the Pentagon and the nation’s intelligence community have recommended to President Obama that the director of the National Security Agency, Adm. Michael S. Rogers, be removed. The recommendation, delivered to the White House last month, was made by Defense Secretary Ashton B. Carter and Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper Jr., according to several U.S. officials familiar with the matter. Action has been delayed, some administration officials said, because relieving Rogers of his duties is tied to another controversial recommendation: to create separate chains of command at the NSA and the military’s cyberwarfare unit, a recommendation by Clapper and Carter that has been stalled because of other issues. [2]

Despite the sheer scale of the issue, and the people aligned against you, you have won the election – and that same key internal *whistle-blower* has a plan.

Adm. Mike Rogers

Imagine the broad outline of a parallel intelligence system, that might only be temporary in nature, but feasibly could be trusted, and might overcome the challenge inherent from the domestic enemies inside the current one. While the weaponized IC is targeting/watching you,… your parallel system might just be able to watch the watchers. If you imagine the system. Perhaps you would need: infrastructure close to completion; held by people who have a self-interest motive to help you; and contacts with people, who know people, who must have the ability to do so… All of this must take place in such a fashion as no-one would ever suspect it taking place. Yet you don’t want to hide it, because that’s ultimately the easiest way for the IC enemy to discover it. Consider:

Now, do your own work. Do not trust me. Put down a timeline back to January 20th, 2017 (Inauguration day), and look carefully at who visited where, when, and how.

Saudi Arabia Arrests 11 Princes, Including Billionaire Alwaleed bin Talal

Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, one of the world’s richest men, was reportedly arrested in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia announced the arrest on Saturday night of the prominent billionaire investor Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, plus at least 10 other princes, four ministers and tens of former ministers. The announcement of the arrests was made over Al Arabiya, the Saudi-owned satellite network whose broadcasts are officially approved. Prince Alwaleed’s arrest is sure to send shock waves both through the kingdom and the world’s major financial centers. He controls the investment firm Kingdom Holding and is one of the world’s richest men, owning or having owned major stakes in 21st Century Fox, Citigroup, Apple, Twitter and many other well-known companies. The prince also controls satellite television networks watched across the Arab world. [3]

Look at times and dates for specific people to travel to the venue.

No breakthrough in Gulf crisis as Tillerson extends trip

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson extends his efforts in Qatar and four Arab nations.

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has extended his efforts to resolve a standoff between Qatar and four Arab nations, wrapping up a high-level meeting in Saudi Arabia with no sign of a breakthrough and announcing he will return to Qatar on Thursday. Tillerson met in Jeddah with foreign ministers from the four nations leading the boycott of Qatar. Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates who accuse their gas-rich neighbor of supporting terrorism, a charge Doha denies. In his efforts to find a solution, Tillerson spent Monday in Kuwait, which is helping to mediate the discussions, then flew to Qatar on Tuesday, before shuttling to Saudi Arabia on Wednesday. The State Department announced Wednesday that the top US diplomat will return to Doha on Thursday. [4]

Visits seem random. But maybe not.

Here’s why Jared Kushner secretly went to Saudi Arabia

Jared Kushner, President Donald Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser, made a secret visit to Saudi Arabia.

The unannounced four-day trip was Kushner’s third to the Saudi Arabia this year and focused on brokering peace in the Middle East, Politico first reported on Sunday. The White House did not say who Kushner and Trump’s Middle East Envoy Jason Greenblatt and deputy national security adviser Dina Powell met with during the trip, but a White House source told Politico the visit was part of an ongoing effort by the Trump Administration to put an end to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, where peace talks have been stalled for decades. Israel’s leading newspaper, Haaretz reported the officials met with the Gulf Kingdon’s leadership. Kushner has reportedly developed a relationship with the crown prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammad Bin Salman, who is also in his 30s. [5]

Things continue for a long time; a very long while. All the while the watchers have no idea they are being watched.

Perhaps seemingly random or innocuous events take on a different dimension.
