My **BOOM** FINANCIAL theory: State Department> USAID> DIGICEL> BOOM FINANCIAL> Clinton Foundation [Pay for Play]
Back in January 2016, there were reports that the FBI, based on emails recovered during the investigation of the Clinton email scandal, had opened a “public corruption” investigation on the Clinton Foundation. If you are a sentient being, you were not shocked by the words “corruption” and “Clinton foundation” appearing in close proximity to one another.
Oh, Denny Boy: How The Clintons Helped an Irish Telecom Tycoon Makes Millions in Earthquake Ravaged Haiti
On February 24, former President Bill Clinton was in Haiti to celebrate the opening of a luxury Marriott Hotel in Port-au-Prince. Like most foreign-backed projects in Haiti, the Clinton Foundation was a key player in its development. And like most projects involving the Clinton Foundation, a shady Clinton crony is running the show.
The 175-room hotel is owned by Digicel Group, the Caribbean and Central American telecom empire run by Denis O’Brien, an Irish billionaire who officially resides in Malta to avoid taxes and serves chairman of the Clinton Global Initiative’s Haiti Action Network. Digicel, the largest mobile provider in Haiti, invested $45 million in the project, which also benefited from $26.5 million in financing from the World Bank-affiliated International Finance Corporation. But it was Bill Clinton who made it all happen.
World Council To Explore Haitian Utility Mobile Payments
MADISON, Wis. (7/15/13)–The World Council of Credit Unions will be researching the feasibility of mobile bill payments for Haitian utility customers, after the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in Haiti said it will fund the formation of Haiti’s first electric utility to provide 24/7 power.
USAID’s $24 million, three-year Pilot Project for Sustainable Electricity Distribution (PPSELD) program will provide electricity to at least 5,000 customers in northeastern Haiti. NRECA International Ltd. is managing the program, which involves World Council, ESD Engineering S.R.L. and The Cadmus Group Inc. as partners.
Haiti: Two years after the earthquake, where did the money go?
PORT-AU-PRINCE — TO SEE WHERE the enormous sums of humanitarian aid directed to Haiti after its catastrophic earthquake in 2010 went, a good place to start is the ocean harbor. That’s where the island’s shore meets the rest of the world. And the best place for that is here at the seaport in the nation’s capital: Port-au-Prince, near the earthquake’s epicenter.
There, at this moment, a gigantic “supermaritime” cargo ship called the Sarine is off-loading more than five metric tons of rice that has just arrived from Miami.
If you think of the rice as post-earthquake assistance money — the individual grains as donated dollars — you might get some idea about what’s happened since the earthquake of Jan. 12, 2010. Not to mention a sense of where the individual rice grains (or the dollars) have gone.
And, like the grains of rice aboard, the dollars mount into the hundreds of millions; even billions. According to some reports, the United States government, American individuals, families and humanitarian groups donated approximately $3 billion. That’s just from America with a total of something like $12 billion coming from all donor nations for funds to be disbursed.
How do you get a mother to let their child go after an earthquake? Cash? Maybe you set up electronic payments through BOOM/Digicel…
Well now we are seeing some attention from
#Qanon on Haiti.
Simmons Hanly Conroy Files New Cases against Convicted Pedophile and Haitian Orphanage Responsible for Sexual Abuse of Hundreds of Boys
Simmons Hanly Conroy, working with Boston-based plaintiffs’ attorney Mitchell Garabedian, has filed over 100 new cases alleging sex abuse of young Haitian boys at an orphanage in Haiti more than seven years ago by convicted pedophile Douglas Perlitz.
The new cases, filed Nov. 12 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, follow the 2013 landmark settlement for $12 million of 24 consolidated sex abuse cases alleging negligent supervision of Perlitz at the orphanage. Simmons Hanly Conroy negotiated that settlement, paid by defendants the Society of Jesus of New England; Fairfield University; the Order of Malta; Hope Carter, a volunteer at the Haitian facility; and Father Paul Carrier.
Claims in all the cases involve improper supervision of Perlitz’s activities as he operated the school for underprivileged boys in Cap Haitien, Haiti, from the late 1990s until around 2010, during which time Perlitz raped and otherwise sexually abused the victims. In 2011, Perlitz was convicted of sexual abuse and currently is serving a 19-year, seven-month federal prison sentence in Seagoville, Texas.
Holy thread of threads..I did a little digging but this is like a back-hoe.. Must read.
O’Brien was already working in Haiti 2 months before the earthquake? Do I have to bring DARPA into this thread?
Did I forget to mention the CEO for Boom Financial is ex CIA & NASA? He also worked for Clinton’s State Department….so a spook went into cryptocurrency and then started a company in the Caribbean with USAID and Digicel to help Haiti after an earthquake. Right.
Nice addition to this thread! And let’s also not forget HRC’s brother who was supposedly authorized for mining in Haiti. But was it REALLY mining?
