The theme is why California seem hell bent on destroying itself & points out that majority of votes come from the most uninformed.

“The red white (privilege) and the blue”
How does a political entity ensure continued dominance over a state, a country and a people? Is it even possible in a country where freedom of speech and gun possession are enshrined within the constitution? That was my question to self

This is really what got the rusty neurons to start firing again: Why is CA so hell bent upon time dependent self destruction? Why do its people support policies that seem to be products of a drug addled, febrile and psychotic brain? Even NYT admits it.

[2]

[3]

The answer to this lies in Third world politics: if you have ever lived in one, you know a self evident fact: The majority of votes come from the most uninformed. These are people who have been promised moon rocks, diamonds and sirloin, for free. They settle for gravel and spam

But how does a country founded on the very principles of liberty chose subjugation by its own volition? CA is leading the way, teaching us how it is done and maybe the rest of us can escape unscathed from this scourge.

The easy part in the transformation is to keep people uninformed and to import a large body of poorly informed, unintegrated, non-english speakers. Make sure they live in the shadows. Then protect the rights of such individuals over that of citizens.

In a state with more propositions than beard hair, is it any wonder that one proposition was overturned by the judge? Proposition 187 would have stymied the inexorable influx of illegal immigration.

[4]

Trump and Jeff sessions together sued the government of California for its Sanctuary City policy. This was quickly followed by a collective loss of sphincter control by Jerry Brown and other CA politicians.

[5]

Kamala Harris who is preparing to run for president made sure she showed the people exactly whose side she is on.

[6]

[7]

In 1994 California passed Proposition 187. It was a ballot initiative designed to prohibit illegal aliens from using non-emergency health care, public education, and other services. After voters passed the law by ballot referendum it was challenged in court.

The proposition was approved by a margin of 59% to 41%. Three days after the bill’s passage, Federal Judge W. Matthew Byrne issued a temporary restraining order against institution of the measure.

Judge Mariana Pfaelzer issued a permanent injunction of Proposition 187 in December 1994. Pfaelzer found the law to be unconstitutional on the basis that it infringed on the federal government’s exclusive jurisdiction over matters relating to immigration.

“California is powerless to enact its own legislative scheme to regulate immigration. It is likewise powerless to enact its own legislative scheme to regulate alien access to public benefits”

Read this very carefully

During the US Senate election in California, 1994 campaign, the incumbent Senator Dianne Feinstein (who some of you may have heard of) and Republican challenger Michael Huffington (Arianna Huffington’s ex husband) both adopted tough policies against illegal immigration. Both.

President Bill Clinton urged residence of California not to pass the proposition asking for time to work harder to find a solution “it is not wrong for you [Californians] to want to reduce illegal immigration,”
The Dems are still working on this many years later

In the days leading up to the referendum Latinos organized rallies and protests. Many of these involved waving the Mexican flag. It controversial move even then. Does any of this seem familiar to you?

In 1994 California had approximately 1.3 million illegal immigrants of which approximately 300000 were children.

In 2014 that number is estimated at between 2.35 to 2.65 million. 6% of the state’s population is estimated to be illegal immigrants. In comparison to the National number of approximately 11 million this is almost 1/4 of the national population.

The former Governor Pete Wilson thanks he would support it even he then what he knows now. He was beaten after Proposition 187 failed to pass. Arnold Schwarzenegger has been the only Republican governor after that

[8]

Some statistics for those who have no social life.

[9]

That brings me to a seriously honest question. Completely aside from the issue of illegal immigrants themselves.
The whole basis of proposition 187 being rejected was that the judge decreed the state could not impose its own immigration laws.

So is Jerry Brown saying that they can right now? Would that have anything to do with the fact that in the years between the proposition being blocked and today, the Democrats have effectively engineered a demographic shift such that such a proposition would never pass now?

Regardless it seems to me that there was a legal precedent prohibiting the state from imposing its own interpretation immigration law. It’s specifically called upon the federal government to do so. So what is moonbeam complaining about?

California has now become a dystopian Utopia. It’s politicians seem to embrace and extol the virtues of rampant hepatitis A and injection drug use.
It seems that the only law that is Faithfully followed is that there are no real laws.

This is going to be real interesting. They’re dealing with a guy who’s taming Kim Jong Un, moonbeam and rest of the sideshow don’t know what’s coming.
Paradoxically I suspect Jerry Brown and his gang would listen to Kim Jong Un before they do Trump.

The inevitable economic stress imposed by such an influx allows politicians to decry anyone calling for fiscal wisdom as “racist” Hitlerian or displaying “white privilege”
Racial shaming is real.

No human being is illegal” is the single most asinine & decerebrate statement uttered unchecked by ideological nincompoops.
What is illegal parking? how about an illegal turn? Illegal drugs?
All need human beings for relevance
Emotions sap good neurons of their function

The next step is a bit more complex: it involves promulgating laws that appear on the surface to convey cutting edge regard for public safety: The so called intellectuals will be convinced that their state his like no other. The pragmatist sees its insanity in slow motion.

I give you proposition 65:
“To protect drinking water sources from toxic substances that may cause cancer and birth defects and to reduce or eliminate exposures to those chemicals, for example in consumer products, by requiring warnings in advance of those exposures”

So now they have a label warning about dangers of coffee drinking.
There is also one about cell phone use:

[10]

CDPH Issues Guidelines on How to Reduce Exposure to Radio Frequency Energy from Cell Phones
Date: December 13, 2017
Number: 17-086

The law appeals to not only to environmental and public health advocates but to plaintiff lawyers, who have reaped significant settlements over chemicals that have never been proved to cause significant harm at the levels in which they are present.

In 2008, a total of 199 lawsuits were settled, netting $14.6 million in attorney fees and just $4.6 million in civil penalties.
The incessant barrage of carefully crafted mind-numbing idiocy preys on the ability of even normally sensible humans to stay grounded

Whilst such laws stun and discombobulate, other laws are passed, in contradistinction to the alarmist warnings of trace substance carcinogenicity.

Knowingly exposing others to HIV will no longer be a felony in California

Gov. Jerry Brown signed a bill Friday that lowers from a felony to a misdemeanor the crime of knowingly exposing a sexual partner to HIV without disclosing the infection.
The measure also applies to those who give blood without telling the blood bank that they are HIV-positive.

A burgeoning Hepatitis A epidemic is largely ignored by the very same people who advocate for basic human rights. Homelessness and rampant drug use have a price to pay.

[12]

California has Hollywood, Weinstein, Charlie Sheen, Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi and Jerry Brown. Apart from these, its newest blight is the expanding Hepatitis A epidemic.

For ALL of United States in 2011 a total of 1398 cases of Hepatitis A were reported. As of the last update, Oct 27, California Department of Public Health has reported 633 cases, with 416 hospitalizations and 21 deaths. That is a shocking number.

Hepatitis A is acquired through ingesting of contaminated feces via the mouth, replicates in the liver and is spread all over the body within 10-14 days.

The spread of infection requires one critical element. It requires availability of infected feces from a patient to be transmitted to an uninfected individual via oral route. This can be ingestion of contaminated food or water or by contact with fecally contaminated objects

In CA increasing homelessness has outstripped availability of public restrooms and hand washing facilities. Without access to toilet facilities and handwashing the spread of this infection continues to other individuals that have not been vaccinated.

The strain of Hepatitis A circulating in CA is unique and allows authorities to track its spread. I expect this outbreak to continue unabated until public health measures, sanitary facilities, widespread vaccination, effective outreach reach critical mass to stop transmission.

Public health resources in California have been stretched to breaking point. The public health department admits its going to be tough to control outbreak and it may spread further before containment.

Brown’s Disease

Drowned in the din of the incessant political chatter and finger-pointing is a critical health crisis. The rapidly burgeoning hepatitis A epidemic in California is unprecedented and underreported.

Scope of the Problem
I would like to define the scope of the problem before explaining the virus. This way if your interest is not piqued, you can stop reading.
The largest number of Hepatitis A cases in the United States occurred in 1971, almost 60,000 cases reported
Widespread vaccination for specific populations was recommended in 1996 by the CDC. As a result by 2010, 1670 cases were reported to the CDC. Basically the incidences went from 60,000 to 1600 give or take a few.
This data is taken directly from CDC website, in 2011 1398 cases of Hepatitis A were reported for all of United States

So what is happening in California?
The spread of this infection requires one critical element. It requires availability of infected feces from a patient to be transmitted to an uninfected individual via oral route. This can be through ingestion of contaminated food or water or by contact with objects that have infected feces.
Increasing homelessness leads to decreasing sanitary facilities. Homeless people do not have access to adequate toilet facilities or handwashing. This is the crux of the problem in California. Without access to toilet facilities and handwashing the spread of this infection continues to other individuals that have not been vaccinated. A lot of homeless people have underlying liver disease on account of alcohol and drug use. In individuals who have underlying liver disease having hepatitis A is like pouring gasoline on a fire. These individuals have a higher risk of severe inflammation and consequently death.
In addition homeless people may or may not have mental illness, many suffer from distrust of government and public health authorities. Routine vaccination of all homeless individuals is hoped to stop the spread of this disease process, however this is an uphill battle. Reaching the entirety of the homeless population which is typically transient renders any outreach efforts even more difficult.

[14]

Detroit and neighboring counties are now seeing a 16 fold increase in Hepatitis A cases. In Sept 2017 over last year, 319 cases were confirmed, 14 died. That is absolutely astounding. While politicians talk drivel, public health policy has gone the way of the toilet.

Ironically availability of toilets and sanitary facilities would have prevented these outbreaks in the first place. Real “social justice” is making sure people don’t die of vaccine preventable diseases.

[15]

Public health officials continue hepatitis A investigation, vaccination efforts
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: September 21, 2017

From August 1, 2016 to September 15, 2017, there have been 319 cases of confirmed hepatitis A including 14 deaths. Of these cases, nearly 86 percent have been hospitalized. This represents a sixteen-fold increase for these jurisdictions from August 1, 2014 to September 15, 2015.

The ongoing hepatitis A outbreak presents a significant public health threat to vulnerable community members within Southeast Michigan. Over half of the cases (51 percent) have a history of substance abuse, 28 percent are co-infected with hepatitis C, 15 percent are homeless/in transient housing situations, and nineteen cases (6.4 percent) have a history of recent incarceration.

Black lives matter, unless it is the homeless drug user who can’t wash hands and doesn’t belong to an advocacy group. Where are Bernie, Warren, Pelosi, Hillary and company expressing outrage for the outbreak?

While Warren and Bernie incessantly tweet about “Dreamers” and DACA where are their fervent tweets describing complete breakdown of public health in democratically controlled urban areas?

Nope, when talking about epidemics of fecally transmitted diseases in poor urban democratic districts, the modus operandi of Dems is to look away, shrug shoulders and say “Shit happens” (Pun intended)
– Fin

How ironic is that AB 1732: Single-User Restrooms law tells public establishments what to do with their restrooms: can they also legislate that people not spread Hepatitis A?

Of course CA also decriminalizes underage prostitution (really)

[16]

An illegal alien with an illegal firearm shot and killed an American. Not a peep was uttered about “gun violence” but Kate Steinle’s murderer was acquitted. See, in CA people are not illegal until they commit a crime. Then they become illegal, thus legalities don’t apply.

CA teaches how to sow, germinate and nourish the seeds of a society so bereft of any sense that it will sway like a reed in the wind bowing to every dictate of a political system that has doomed it to multigenerational subjugation. It will vote like it is instructed to.

In an era where people can’t make up their minds about their clothes, cell phones, cars, spouses or even their own gender, how is it that they can make up their mind about voting for the same political party time after time?

Common sense tells us that politicians are effete, self-serving, inept. Why would then the same people be re-elected? The basic definition of insanity is doing the same thing again and again expecting different results.
I think we have engineered a new insanity.

California is a rat line: illegal immigration, drugs, human trafficking & mass surveillance (now also your DNA). The seeds of secession are being sown… the Cabal wants to separate CA from the rest of the country. Think about that. [17]
